The procedure for reviewing articles submitted to the scientific information journal "Legal Life"
1. The journal "Legal Life" publishes articles that are the result of scientific research in the field of legal sciences.
2. Articles are accepted for publication on the recommendation of one of the members of the editorial board in accordance with these Rules.
3. The volume of the article should not exceed one page (up to 16 pages) of computer text, including figures, tables, graphs, annotated text and keywords. The volume of the abstract does not exceed 0.5 pages. Three drawings count on the same page.
4. The article from organizations (for external authors) is accompanied by comments of the relevant section, annotations and keywords (in Tajik, Russian and English) in two copies indicating the title of the article, headings and the surname of the author(s).
5. Articles are accepted in one copy in text and electronic versions. The article should be printed on a computer with an interval of 1.5 meters (half) on one side of the sheet. There should be margins (4 cm) to the left of the text.). The pages should be numbered.
6. At the end of the article, after the text and annotation, a list of the terrorist attacks used is provided, the name of the institution presenting the article, information about the author(s), as well as the phone number and signature are indicated on the left.
7. It should be displayed when compiling a list of used literature.: a) for books, the surname and title of the author(s), full name, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, volume number, page; b) for articles and collections of the journal ‒ the surname and title of the author (auto-a), the title of the article, the title of the journal or collection, the year of publication, the number and the page of the SIC (for the collection). When referring to the literature again, a general abbreviation is allowed.
8. Tables in the text should be duplicated and inserted into the article indicating the page to which the table refers.
9. If the article is returned to the author(s) for making significant corrections or final edits, the author must make all necessary corrections to the final version of the manuscript and return to the editorial office the text of the verbatim text, as well as its identical electronic version along with the first version of the manuscript.
10. The editorial board has the right to reduce and modify the manuscripts. 11. No fee is charged for the publication of graduate manuscripts.
12. Substances that do not comply with these rules are not accepted.
13. Articles submitted to the editorial board are subject to a preliminary examination (conducted by members of the editorial board, experts in the relevant field of science) and are accepted in accordance with the established procedure. The requirements for the design of Mr. Ginal's articles are set out in the "rules for authors", which are published in each issue of the journal. If the manuscript is accepted, the editorial board provides the author with explanations on the content and design of the article, which must be deleted before submitting the text to the review. Then the articles are necessarily reviewed by members of the editorial board of the journal or experts of the relevant specialty (candidates and doctors of sciences).
14. The commentary should contain a reasonable list of the qualities of the article, including the scientific novelty of the problem, its relevance, factual and historical value, accuracy of citation, style of presentation, use of modern sources, as well as a motivational list of its shortcomings. In conclusion, the general assessment of the article and the recommendations of the editorial board are given to make the article happy, publish it after revision, send an additional review to a specialist on a particular topic, or reject it. The volume of repeated censorship is at least one page of text.
15. An article accepted for publication but in need of revision is addressed to the authors with comments from the reviewer and the editor. The authors must make all necessary changes to the final version of the manuscript and return the corrected text to the editorial office, as well as its identical electronic version along with the first version of the manuscript. After the revision, the article will be checked again, and the editorial board will decide on its publication.
16. The article will be accepted for publication if there is a positive review and with the support of the members of the editorial board. The order and order of publication of the article are determined depending on the date of its completion-the body option. The manuscript is edited confidentially. Disclosure of confidential information about the review of a manuscript violates copyright. Reviewers are not allowed to keep copies of articles for their own needs. Reviewers and members of the editorial board are not allowed to use the information contained in the manuscript to their advantage until it is published.
17. The authors grant the editorial board the exclusive right to use the work in the following ways: duplication of the article; distribution of copies of the article in any way.
18. The editorial board of the journal sends joint reviews to the authors of the submitted materials with a positive conclusion, comments and the need to finalize the article or a reasoned refusal.
19. Reviews are kept in the editorial office of the magazine for 5 years. 20. The editorial board of the journal sends copies of the comments to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request.
